Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 medium size egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine ingedrients and mix well.
Drop mixture on greased cookie
sheet in walnut sized balls. Bake
in 300 degree oven for 8-12 min.

Banana cookies
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 medium bananas
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts Opt.
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Mix sugars, bananas, and egg in a large
bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt
(dough should be stiff). Fold in nuts.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls
on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
Let cookies cool slightly then remove from
cookie sheet with a spatula. Makes 2 dozen

Chocolate ice cream
2 cups whipping cream
2/3 cup condensed milk (7 oz)
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup chopped walnuts opt.

Eggnog
6 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar

into a pan. Cook on high
for about 20 minutes. You

raw pie shell to cook in 450

1 green pepper finely chopped
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup water
3/4 cup long grain rice
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Dash of pepper sauce
Cook bacon till crisp. Drain on
paper toweling crumble and set
aside. Drain fat from pan, reserving
4 tablespoons dripping. In bacon
drippings cook onion and green
pepper till tender. Stir in undrained
tomatoes, water, rice, 1 tbsp brown
sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt,
chili powder pepper, and pepper
sauce. Cover; simmer till rice is
done and most of the liquid is absorbed

1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla

Pumpkin Pie
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin 
1 cup rice milk mixed with 1 teaspoon lemon juice
(real milk can be used too)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
(1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp cloves could be used too.)
1 teaspoon molasses
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
1 unbaked pie shell (see below recipe)
Mix all ingredients, except pie shell, and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn down heat to 350 degrees, and bake 40 to 50 minutes. cool and serve.Crust:
Mix 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons ground flax (optional), 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons wheat germ (optional.) Mix in 1/3 cup oil until completely blended. Then add 2 tablespoons rice milk (or real milk) until mixture holds together add up to another 2 tablespoons rice milk or cow milk.
